For lifters who film the heavy stuff

Stop losing your best sets in the camera roll.

SetProof turns every hard set into evidence: the routine you planned, the numbers you hit, the video you filmed, and the next decision you should make. No more “which squat video was 102.5?” archaeology.

How it works

01

Your program stays boring. Good.

A/B/C, split, or full-body days stay repeatable so the app can show what actually changed.

02

The video belongs to the set.

Bench set 2 is not “IMG_4827”. It is 82.5 kg × 6, RPE 8, Wednesday, with context.

03

Progress gets receipts.

Pull up a lift timeline and see load, reps, RPE, and the clip that explains the number.

Tiny mobile demo

Log the lift before the pump disappears.

1
Start today’s routine.Deadlift, back squat, pull-ups, bench, and press are ready before you touch the bar.
2
Tap the set, attach the clip. The video follows the exact set instead of getting buried beside food photos and screenshots.
3
Review the next attempt. For now it is private. Later, you can send selected sets to a coach with the full context intact.

Compare today’s squat with the last 100 kg set. Same lift, same athlete, cleaner context.

Private until you say otherwise

No feed. No flex economy. No mystery uploads.

The current prototype keeps training data and selected videos on the device for fast feedback loops. Remote sync, coach access, and inference are being designed around explicit consent, private storage, short-lived access links, and deletion controls.

Current stage

Private Android alpha is being assembled now.

We are looking for lifters who already run a repeatable strength routine, film at least one serious set a week, and are tired of matching videos to logbook numbers after the fact.
