Delete inside the app
- Sign in to the SetProof account you want to delete.
- Open Profile. If a new legal notice blocks the main app, use Delete my account on that notice screen.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm Delete account.
The app sends an authenticated deletion request, removes known raw and derived media, deletes training and legal-choice records, deletes the Cognito identity, and removes that account's local device data. The action cannot be undone.
If you cannot use the app
Email idosavion+setproof@gmail.com from the email address associated with the account. State that you want the SetProof account and associated data deleted. Do not include a password or token. SetProof may ask for a safe verification step before fulfilling the request.
What may remain briefly
Encrypted backups, provider security records, and operational logs may persist for their normal limited retention periods. A minimal deletion marker may remain for up to 7 days to prevent delayed jobs or still-valid tokens from recreating deleted data. It is not used to restore the account.
