Agreement and operator
These Terms form an agreement between you and the SetProof developer identified in the applicable app-store listing (“SetProof,” “we,” or “us”). By selecting “Accept and continue,” you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You may still sign out or request account deletion.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Do not create an account for a minor or let a minor use your account.
General fitness service—not medical care
SetProof helps record workouts and may provide automated observations about visible exercise movement. It is general fitness information only. SetProof is not a medical device, healthcare provider, emergency service, physical therapist, or personal trainer and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong and must not be used for medical or emergency decisions.
Exercise involves risk of injury, illness, property damage, and, in rare cases, death. You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise is appropriate, using safe equipment and surroundings, maintaining control of weights, and stopping if you feel pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing exercise when appropriate.
Your account
Keep account credentials and devices secure, provide accurate information, and notify SetProof of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account except where law provides otherwise. One person may not impersonate another, probe another account, evade limits, or use the service to harm the system or other people.
Your videos and permission
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant SetProof a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and analyze that content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and legally operate the service. Video analysis is optional and requires a separate disclosure and affirmative permission. You may withdraw permission for future uploads, delete individual videos, or delete the account.
You must have the right to record and submit everything in a clip. Record only yourself unless every identifiable person has agreed, and do not submit confidential material, nudity, unlawful content, or content that violates another person’s privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights.
Automated and third-party processing
SetProof uses automated systems and service providers, including AWS infrastructure and an AI model routed through OpenRouter, as described in the Privacy Notice. Selected evidence can be processed outside your country. Automated output is probabilistic, may misidentify an exercise or repetition, and is not a guarantee of technique, safety, performance, or outcome.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer except where law expressly permits it, disrupt or overload the service, bypass security or usage limits, upload malware, scrape data, use another person’s account, use outputs to make medical decisions, or use SetProof for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, surveillance, biometric-identification, or high-risk purposes. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, legal rights, or comply with law.
Availability and changes
SetProof is an early-stage service. Features may change, fail, or be discontinued; feedback may be delayed or withheld when evidence is insufficient. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage. Export important records you need. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with a new version and, when appropriate, presented in the app for renewed acceptance.
Ownership
Except for your content, SetProof and its licensors retain all rights in the app, service, branding, designs, software, and documentation. These Terms give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app for lawful personal fitness purposes.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, safety, or availability. Nothing here excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SetProof will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, lost data, lost profits, or harm arising from reliance on automated feedback. SetProof’s total liability for claims connected with the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service during the preceding 12 months or US$100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
Your responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for reasonable losses, claims, and costs caused by your unlawful use, content you had no right to submit, or material breach of these Terms. This does not require you to cover losses caused by SetProof’s own misconduct.
Ending use and deletion
You may stop using SetProof at any time, sign out, delete individual videos, or permanently delete your account in the app or through the account-deletion page. Sections that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—remain effective after deletion.
Governing law and mandatory rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections and courts available to you under applicable law. Before filing a claim, please contact idosavion+setproof@gmail.com so the issue can be addressed informally; this does not limit any legal deadline or right to seek urgent relief.
